Hello,I'm new on the forum and I'm from Portugal.2 years ago I bought an apartment, where I live now, and I have the opportunity to sell now for a 74k profit.I've always wanted to get into the real estate business, but I never had the money to start.I've bought my apt under construction 2 years ago, and now I can sell it for 74k profit.I have the idea to buy 3 apartments, max 100k each with all the costs rehab inc. and give a 20 % downpayment on all of them.
