So, I'd check the association portal or website and see what they have posted. 

They provide everything to succeed including a back office portal, marketing materials. all of the forms and documents plus over 1,000 pages of case studies and completed documents.

Of course all 5 managers use different software and portals, each with their own style of reports. 

It has a tenant facing portal where tenants can pay their rent, which the app deposits into our account the next business day (even though ACH payments do not regularly settle for 4 days!).

I will always use Turbo Tenant to fill my vacancies, you can even turn an applicant into a tenant right there in the portal, so easy.
