I have my eye on a cute little two bedroom to rehab for my mother in law.

I understand people are trying to make deals but when you're getting calls every day and they're calling your mother as well I feel like the cold calling laws needs to change. 

Particularly if I make them mid-term rentals for traveling nurses and the like.Does anyone have experience with ADU's being added to 4-plex's.  

I inherited the home I had been living in from my mother which needs some repairs in order to be rental ready- no mortgage on it.

If I ever die before my wife or mother, I know this will make things very simple for them.

I know one guy who hates brokers and will never use one  because his mother had a romantic affair with a broker and it broke up his family when he was a kid.
