i still have it.i did not and do not have a coach, but i went to lots of REIA meetings when I got started and benefited tremendously. 

Renting the unit to someone qualified helps tremendously to get your head back in the right place.

I would only mention that in fairness to Note School, Eddie Speed's program may not be for everyone, however he and his team have done a tremendous service to the note industry over the years. 

That's is a tremendous quality to have in any investing environment, ESPECIALLY real estate. 

We know there are multiple venues to get the leads, some very costly others not, some demanding tremendous effort (like going door by door, driving for dollars , or making thousands of cold calls etc.) , others not so much (mass mailings, for instance).

It's pretty pricey but seems like tremendous value, especially for someone like me who is just starting out.

If you need structured education, coaching and guidance to do that, then I would argue there is tremendous value to participate in a program like the Academy that aligns with your goals.

It’s still working for me, I have an iPhone, though.I can directly tell that my usage on BP went down tremendously when they stopped supporting the app. 

We are purchasing land in OBX and have a great builder lined up to build us what should be a tremendous rental property.

If 1 person gets 2 letters, one sends them to their professional and credible website, that shows how many reviews they have, happy clients, shows how awesome they flip the houses, has 3 blogs is involved with the community and has a tremendous web presence... and the other... nothing...if it were you, which card would you call?
