I am currently working on a few construction projects for new investors, and I don't see how they can get positive cashflow on their investments.OC is a great place to live, but you don't want to strap your cash on an expensive property; and missed out on future properties when the market is more reasonable.Good luck

If you don't want them putting it in your mailbox, they can put it under the mat, or put a rent box/slot on your door that puts the rent safely inside your house.Honestly I don't get it.Almost all of my tenants pay electronically, but I do still have 1 or 2 that bring me checks.

I examined the area and with the help of one of my tenants i discovered that there was a large crack on the bottom of the tub but it had gone unnoticed because there is usually a non slip mat over it in the tub.
