I definitely want Multi family units, however I am considering a quality SFH or two so that can cash flow and appreciate in some of these hotter markets (Texas or Florida)To be clear @Andrew Hogan, educating myself is exactly what I’m doing by opening up this discussion to more seasoned investors.
