I own a couple multi-family houses in northern Baltimore city I’m looking sell soon. Can anyone recommend a good/experienced Qualified Intermediary for 1031 Exchanges in Baltimore City/County or Harford County? This would be my first time doing one and want to talk over all my options before I jump in. Thanks!
