I believe a good ruler of thumb is MTR is 1.5 - 2.0x of LTR rates.

However, there are certainly not as many as the MW.Well in a state like FL (or TX, which is notorious for this), things like the 1% rule really don't tell you anything because those are just estimates...and what can nip things in FL and TX are high property taxes and insurance.
