As far as the neighborhoods and areas, yes the schools have a lot to do with that,A - gated community or a high end downtown area B - your standard neighborhood with a park.

In my opinion, it's much better to find a property that is profitable out-the-gate and seeing the tax benefit as more of a secondary benefit.For the pass through entity bit, a single-member LLC is actually a "disregarded entity".

There is NO HOA.It is a golf cart community and is 318 acres gated and 24 secured with all property fenced all the way to the ocean.Many realtors dont like to sell in there because they have in house realtors and they have a transaction fee that makes other realtors shy away.
