First, the last president was arrested a couple years ago for fraud, she stole about $30k and was headed for Florida in the middle of the night, I guess the police had already been watching her and moved in.

This is has been horrible story for us...This horrible tenant had finally moved out, found out later from the neighbor he is under warrant arrest by the police the last 2 weeks before he is moved.

They finally evict the owner by getting him arrested at his house on back child support, within a few weeks bank has a moving company and other people there clear everything out furniture old car in the driveway etc.
