Another thing to consider is that recirc fans do not filter air and as a result you may get a greasy film on the top of your cabinets over time.

gas water heaters and furnaces are cheaper and better than elec.stoves and dryers are more dangerous as it takes brains to run one without letting the lint clog ect.AND a gas stove gives off an oily film that coats the whole house.
