Seller(Lennar) already started selling for lower prices due to Coronavirus effect, can we ask them to reduce the price?

Coronavirus is something that needs to be considered for sure; but it is temporary, at least in my opinion.

For folks here, any thoughts on how the multi-family market coming to terms with the recent Coronavirus disruption?

You can add an addendum to you contract to add in Coronavirus related issues to give you more time and other ways to close.
