I tried to provide constructive feedback on why it was not worth continuing with RentRedi and all the sudden I couldn't type anymore (it was about 3-4 sentences I got cut off). 

Even after moving 2.5 years ago, I continued to self-manage because I had a solid network of connections that made it pretty easy to handle remotely.That said, it eventually came down to wanting my time back.

The second company had a PM contract and due to other reasons we did not continue their services after a couple of months so tax stuff did not arise.

There are so many great people and resources throughout BP that will be great to build a foundation and continue you learning.

Because I have personally done both and continue to do it to add to my portfolio.

I am excited to introduce myself as I continue to learn about the world of real estate investing.
