The contract was supposed to expire back on April 30, 2024, but they still haven't removed their machines despite the fact that I sent the termination notice a year ago by certified mail, which they also acknowledged receipt of in an email.

Well maybe yes or no, however if a certified appraiser licensed by the state deems the price, then it is worth that.
