This is Florida BTW.I have no idea what to expect from the conversation, but want to be prepared.Also, no one likes this tree but me, but this has already got me thinking of cutting it down and replacing it with a red-leaf crepe myrtle that has caught my eye.

I have gutters installed and then I DYI underground piping to move the water further away from the house.I have leaf guard on the gutters too.I fence in each side of  the duplex to provide privacy for each tenant, plus I allow large dogs with tenant paid insurance.

I would say the rental season is much shorter than Bryson City's due to not having the train traffic in the post leaf season, but it is certainly pretty over there.
