That includes new tile floor, tile surround by tub, new vanity, and sink and replace the dated medicine cabinet with a new mirror.In the middle of the bathroom redo, he calls me to tell me the sink needs to be re plumbed.

I always have my cleaning people go through every drawer, cabinet, medicine cabinet, appliance and anywhere else trash or pests (or pest feces) could be to make sure everything is cleaned out prior to them moving in.

I do not check their passports either…they get paid per finished project. kitchen, bathroom etc. so far the system works out well.Gutted bathroom :Install durock, tiles around bath and on the floor, toilet, medicine cabinet, vanity, connect plumbing and paint = $800 labor for finished bathroom.
