I will say Key Bank is a bit annoying to work with (I was warned by guy who recommended and can attest personally that it's true) but honestly not a bad option.

If they don't know those two items I might warn that there might be other things they don't know too.  

There are plenty of warnings about these big box "wholesalers" online.

Just looking for some advice or any thoughts/warnings you guys may have on leased land properties. 

Fair warning -  it is death by 1000 cuts while you furnish a place to make it market ready.

BTW, I could post many more that are much harder hitting and include people that are not of my same political persuasion who  warn these advocates and politicians to not continue to go down the rent control path as the evidence is overwhelming that they only hurt the very people they claim to help.https://www.forbes.com/sites/brendarichardson/2023/03/23/nat...

Like I said, I think investors should be warned about all of this before they continue investing with them. 

If you are w2 and your employer says they won't list you as a permanent employee, you should take that as a warning that you may be laid off soon.
