She's noted/complained about 2 of the far bedrooms floors 'sloping' and seems to be with the seasons, worse in the winter than in the summer, where they seemingly go back to normal. 

This is my first investment property and was wondering if anyone can provide some guidance on winterizing a home.

But our winters are more brown grass season now.

Lake time in the summer, leaf peeping in the fall, and snowmobile / ski season in the winter.

The big returns are during winter.

I do get you having some concern maybe going into winter in WI and wondering if tenant activity will be there to fill a vacancy (with lots of leases and moving around happening spring-summer).  

We do well with winter guests. 

With winter fast approaching I need to fill vacancies fast.I have read through some of the post here and understand it can be a decent cash flow, but I would love some recent  feedback from anyone that’s in the padsplit market in Atlanta on what to expect.
