Any tips on agencies that better fit a sales agent just starting out? 

Can you spend money on a CRM, automations, VA calling service, a VOIP phone system, etc?

I think you will have a hard time selling it with the tenants there, meaning you will take significant cut in your sale price. 

Now I have VA's that do the cold calling/cold texting but that is how I'd suggest starting with $25K. 

My wife and I first encountered VestRight and loved the sales pitch but also felt hesitant with onboarding/sales techniques.
