I would take a look at your management agreement there may be a termination clause and possibly termination fee I would also take a look and see if there is a 30 day notice required I think probably something in writing should be sufficient but again verified by looking at your contract

You have a TON of people giving super confident advice on Wholesaling while they have NEVER wholesaled before.People giving advice on SEO when they have NO clue what seo realllly is.Asking about the legalities of wholesaling here, where 80% of the people here hate wholesalers and think they are the devil incarnate I can bet no matter what answer you gt it will be completely useless to you because ultimately you will have to verify what ever you get with an attorney.Sorry this may not be helpful, but this reply could have saved you a ton of legal issues.Find a lawyer .. and ask "it" (because we all know lawyers are not human)
