The good news is you can google sample agreements and get a template which you then can adapt to your situation - then present it to your attorney and ask them to edit what you have.  

Everyone was new to P&C with Met at that time, the difference was I used my own approach and they used scripts (office polotics kept me from mentioning what I really did, LOL)So, I do suggest reading all the scripts you can and adapt those points to your own style.

In the past year, we have surrounded ourselves with experienced professionals and invested in resources to educate ourselves in order to adapt with the continuous changing Real Estate environment.

Take off values under sinks and toilets, connect a hose adapter and flush out that line.Watch for leaks, especially ones in walls.

This is all very private information and we treat it as such and have all sorts of information security stuff in place, but if the police come a-knocking because a real estate professional (one of our own) went missing, there's signs of struggle in the kitchen of the house she was showing, and Homebuyer Fred is suddenly nowhere to be found, you bet your butt we're going to do what we can to help (after checking with the compliance department, of course).Most of that might not apply exactly to what you are doing,  but there should be some nuggets you can pull out and adapt. 

I will probably soon adapt this policy.
