I can't quite translate this to stocks, but I think getting a job or starting a small side hustle (even in the real estate world) can yield more cash flow than what dividends would give...unless you've got hundreds of thousands sitting in the bank. 

Since the mortgage clause may need to be updated, the lender/servicer will automatically know that Title has changed.If you keep doing this, in my layman's opinion this forms a pattern where the LLC is your alter-ego, in which case you probably have pierced your corporate veil and now the effort to have the LLC is moot again. 

At a certain point, you'll get busy enough from real estate that you have to quit or alter your work schedule.

I would never alter a load-bearing wall without a signed/stamped report from an engineer.

Co-minngling funds and using it as your alter-ego is the fastest way to pierce your corporate veil. 

An attempt at being comical that perhaps didn't translate well.

The promise of higher returns or the rates published don't translate exactly as advertised.

This means no co-mingling of funds and running it like a separate entity as opposed to your alter-ego.
