I also work full time and have a full time family...driving for dollars happens when we are out running errands, taking trips, etc. but I don’t think I get enough volume to get a solid traction.

The city does finally seem to be seeing some good traction from the Gigatown win and some project funding like the Heritage precinct that are seeing some really good Hitec start ups coming in to or staying in town from Uni so if that continues then some alternative jobs are coming in too.As for rentals, this is still the oldest housing stock in the country so it is prime for buying under value doing improvements to it and increasing your values and to a lesser extent rents.

I checked our contract last week and realized our 2.75% mortgage can be assumed by a buyer, which seems like a huge differentiator to me in this market.Our real estate agent added the information to our MLS, but I'm curious how else I might advertise this fact and get more traction to the property?

If you can spare a few hundred for a website then you will make this road a little easier, but if you cant then think about doing the following..Attend Real Estate MeetupCall every broker in the cityNetwork with unlimited Realtors  If you stay consistent you will get the traction you need to market to.

Apart from the challenges of owning rentals that are primarily occupied by students, and the relatively high property values in these areas, I was struck by another concern:There is a school of thought gaining traction that Higher Education is currently experiencing a huge bubble, and might actually be cresting, if not very close to it.

Once you get to 20 videos you can jump back and look at your analytics to better understand which videos seemed to get traction and which ones simply were not discovered by more than a few people.

It was in 2012, as MEDIA caught traction fo things and the flipping shows started to become popular that people finally started saying "huh, maybe you got something there, but bah bah bah, it's way too risky".
