Also, in my opinion, 2020 and 2022 have nothing in common.  2020 was right before the government dumped trillions of dollars on the economy, allowed people to thrive and not work, handed out money like it was worthless, artificially kneecapped interest rates, etc. and 2022 was right after.

The only obstacle I see is that I live in Canada and we have painful winters so I have to build a structure that can withstand the elements.Nonetheless, everything has a solution it’s just a matter of starting.Do you have any suggestions on where I should start looking for guides on building “greenhouses”

Sealed all outside holes, but they were still thriving in the wall spaces.

It's unfortunate since I'm from there (Town of Newburgh) and I'd love to see it thrive and regain it's former glory.  

I've been impressed with the way our community has been all-in on making our Downtown area a thriving area. 

In residential districts, accessory buildings may be detached garages, workshops, storage sheds, hobby-type greenhouses or similar minor buildings (roofed structures).Not ADU like in "habitable". 

Real estate is not risk free it's just a reality your long term planning is truly impressive but realize life is going to happen.Caveat, I did the infinity leverage approach when I started but never take it for granted you never have full control in this business its just an illusion get comfortable with it and you'll survive and thrive.
