Its hair on fire usually every deal .. and normally what happens is folks start with those that advertise the cheapest they take way too long ask for way to much stuff then about a week before they lose the deal they call me needing my specialized services.

Putting that kind of money in a rental is good idea I think, certainly on the major stuff like ac and furnace etc because you won't have to mess with it for 15+ years.

Multiple times I was called over to fix doors that had been pulled off the hinges, Outlet covers that had been pulled off and broken, towel rods and toilet paper holders pulled off of walls, stuff put down the drains causing back ups.
