I'm a military contractor so I spend time working remote and bouncing around some overseas on site.

Post ads online on big rental sites like Craigslist, Zillow, Trulia, and Apartments.com, as well as on social media like Facebook Marketplace, Facebook Groups, Instagram, and Twitter.

Average cost to build covered, and climate controlled units.For those so gracious, I would be willing to pay $/Hr to jump on a zoom call to walk me through the underwriting process of evaluating these sites.

The problem with sites like Zillow and Realtor is that even if you take it off the market for 30 days and it shows as a new listing, buyers can see the price history from when you bought it to when you listed it and dropped the prices . . . that "trick" worked before the history was public so not sure that is the solution.

we buy city lots with public sewer and water and only would buy sites like that.

I would like to eventually go PRO but I was banned only a few days after starting to use the site. 

Also visiting their job site is a great way to see their quality.
