IMO, you are absolutely correct and someone that has vision for retaining future guests.While I don't necessarily agree that Target is "cheap", I would definitely qualify them ahead of WalMart - KMart.

The vision is to learn about many aspects of REI, within the next 5 - 7 yrs. have 25 - 30 rental units with steady cashflow, reinvest the profits to pay them off by the time I am 55 (in 15 yrs.).
