For a roofing repair of that size, $7900 seems close to the high-mid range for some of the projects we've done recently in NC.For 1250-15000 sq ft houses, it's been costing under $6500 in Raleigh for architectural shingles. $11,000-$12,500 for fastener metal one's but I don't like those. $7900 is a little rich, but some markets are like that.
