Bucket mouse traps and plank with bucket are easy to order on Amazon, as well as 100 sticky traps and snap traps that you monitor and keep away from your pets (they can be put inside a wooden box with a small opening where you see droppings).

But even with the poly coated wood, you are not bullet proof, so I would provide complimentary mats at the entries and even a couple of runners and area rugs in higher traffic areas.

I had the property inspected yesterday and the property was solid structurally, plumbing, and electric wise, but it did have a bunch of minor problems here and there:- Guard rail on stairs needs reinforcement- 3 faucets need replacing- Water line not hooked up to one toilet- Washer not hooked up- Couldn't get Furnace to work due to Thermostat not functioning correctly- Dead mouse in a trap in crawl space- upstairs bedroom door needs re-adjustment - doesn't close shutWould this prevent the property from passing an FHA inspection?

Greg:I've owned self serve car washes and a laundry mat.Give me rental houses any day.The problem with self-serve is you either need to pay to have round-the-clock attendants- or pay to fix what the public does to your equipment.Our laundry mat had brand new, card reader machines.

This would be especially useful in the forums that have 50-100+ posts so once you get to the bottom you can just mouse back up to the toolbars at the top and navigate to the next page instead of scrolling back up through everything.
