Right before the economy went down there were plans to build some sort of commercial building (medical offices I believe). the proposed plan never happened and now everything is on the market again.

If someone has a low score because they've had problems with cable/cell phone companies, gym memberships, medical expenses etc. but have always paid rents I'd consider them.

I saw on another post where the seller just wanted to pay off some medical bills, so they worked about a payment plan and the buyer paid it down (seller gave credit toward down payment at closing I presume).
