Yes, it seems that the sheer logistics of trying to find and hire truly skilled qualified workers to staff such growth (especially when their presentation speaks of 3 shifts ) seems a daunting task.....even if the money was there.

Rbecklan, I have a question re logistics of your deals.

The logistics (delivery) company has been holding on to the furniture for months and has not charged me rent for it, surprisingly. 

If you planned to do it at renewal the only reason I would do it now is if it logistically worked better.

I also don't have the text in front of me, but I remember using it a lot to work out the logistics of the start up expenses.

Logistics wise, would it be better that he just wires the money to my bank vs going to a local branch and depositing the check into my personal checking at my bank?
