DSCR loan How did you add value to the deal?

Most 1-4 unit real estate investors are using DSCR loans right now for any buy and holds while flippers lean on higher leverage bridge/fix and flip loan options with higher interest rates.

Or, depending on the property you could go non-QM with like a DSCR loan and close in an LLC or partnership.

If your company were to manage the STR in CR how do you deal with matter of safety / home burglaries? 

Are you needing a long term or bridge loan?

Hi Treza,Not sure where you are in the process there, but when your ready to exercise financing options please reach out, it's very difficult to find a ground up program for inexperienced borrowers without having an experienced GC sign on the loan with you which in turn is not easy to find. 

However, consider STR seasonality, local regulations, and management demands, and ensure your equity loan and new primary residence costs fit comfortably within your budget.

(They claimed thousands for electrical using what appeared to be a fake electrical company, and they never had someone out to even check electrical beyond the general.) 

Will they "check themselves" from bad behavior when they see a professional company with professional services, legally reviewed lease, etc. managing their day-to-day?
