We'll be getting in an phase 1 of the buildout and the developers of the community have a proven track record having designed another community but on a larger scale elsewhere in the metroplex.

I just feel like you’d be way better off joining one of the larger multifamily networks that has actual resources and successful students.I really truly believe that Ryan and Tyler started off with good intentions, but I feel they saw how much money they can make off of tuition and have made a ton of promises that they haven’t kept.

Just need to see how much water a well in your area can produce, plus the cost / efficiency of a larger well vs multiple individuals. 

You really have two choices, find an area thats a destination or create a unique stay (essentially creating a destination).

Let’s assume there are no better choices of prospects.

As you build experience and capital, you can start funding your own deals and scaling up to larger flips.
