Does anyone know of any lenders that lend on land only on a 2-5 year term?

This is located in Northern Jersey.

Both of us being from Jersey are quite skeptical. 

Hello BP,I am new to investing and am looking to start with multifamily properties in the Jersey City area for cash flow.Multifamily seemed easier to get cash flowing conditions than investing in SFHs in Jersey.I have never owned a home or had tenants before so I am curious about how other people have broken into this  area of investing.I appreciate the information and would love to discuss this!

There is a subway close by that allows people to get into NYC quickly where the job market is almost always good and the rents are too high to live in Manhattan so people push out to Jersey City, Hoboken, Weehawken, Williamsburg, Greenpoint, etc...  

Hello,I have a 2 family property in New Jersey.

My plan was exactly that, most recently, I RSVP'd to about 5 meetings in the New Jersey area and my first goal is to work for an experienced investor for free and make connections with people that will be able to help me in the future.

I'm looking to buy a triplex in the Union City, New Jersey area (four-plexes are rare in this area).

Does anyone have a recommendation for a New Jersey-based architect or construction group (preferably on the smaller side) that does small warehouse/flex space projects?
