I-95 feeds right from some very pricey real estate in CT, NY, NJ and the eastern sea board. 

Myself, I like eastern Cleveland like Painsville and the surrounding areas.

I am an investor and Realtor in Eastern, CT.

So far I have read the best towns are Northside, Union Street, East Glenville, Scotia, Eastern Ave, Stockade and there are a few others.

Hey @Jordan P Radke, I'm a Pacific Northwest native that has been investing in WA since 2007, but when the market shifted in 2016 I started building investment teams in other cities (and in Eastern WA) to diversify and get more cash flow.

The area has no commercial offerings (no reason for outsiders to go there), no parks (besides Douglas which is on the extreme Eastern edge), and no better access for commuting in comparison to other areas of the city.

I would anticipate appreciation in the Eastern part of the county which is the area closest to the new factory.  

I buy in Eastern Delaware County- Specifically Collingdale, Lansdowne, Glenolden, etc.

My wife is Eastern European, and I have a real interest in buying land.
