I am utterly shocked that this forum allows this misinformation.I'm (not) shocked but disappointed that you're being extremely aggressive towards people who are better informed than you are.

When we moved out of our last home, we turned it into a rental, but knowing we wouldn't have the time to find renters and manage the property, we enlisted a property manager recommended to us.Six months in, we are very disappointed.

Real estate is a long game anyway...just stick with it and you won't be disappointed. 

But honestly start from #1, you will not be disappointed and you will be surprised how fast you learn, just take it one episode at a time, every episode teaches something different and u will know which ones to skip, I know it seems like alot to start from day one but it is worth it.

@Theresa Harris that is super disappointing to hear.. but Vancouver situation is what it is I guess.I am analyzing a property right now (BRRRR 4plex) that makes sense in terms of cashflow and ROI, but the cap rate is very low at 1.3%.

I don't know if it qualifies as a scam yet, but if you're going for information you will be disappointed.

Most are disappointed until you get one Zestimate that underestimates the homes value.

I was disappointed with the financing but I stuck it out with Turnkey Pro.Like many, I went with Reveal Management for tenant placement and property management.  

The material has not disappointed so far!

When folks quit their income producing income to soon it could be a disappointment.
