Its going to be mix of mid level contemporary looking that looks kinda pricey but only because its brand new and in style. 

Is this local culture or is there even a standard?

I would say my end goal would be to have a flat in Rome, this is one of my favorite European cities due to the rich culture and amazing food.

We’re already starting to see some zealots who relocated out of CA roll back after suffering searing hot summers, lack of cultural variety, bland geographies, etc.

I grew up in an area of the country where culturally people typically would not lie about business/real estate, and when I joined the military and moved, I learned the hard way that there are lots of people out there who will look you straight in the face and lie.

Don't hesitate to ask questions and engage in discussions - that's the best way to learn.Kansas City has a lot to offer, whether it's the dynamic real estate market or a host of cultural and social events.

My realtor on the SE side has been sending me a lot properties in the Detroit Metro areas, but I hear that you really need to know your streets on that side of the state because it can be vastly different cultures from one to the next.
