You will always be paying way more than necessary for turn-key in my opinion (and I think a lot of that has to do with a lot of our local markets being concentrated with government loan buyers which is why I think conventional can give you a very awesome advantage!)

@Matt Comrey there are a lot of good areas in Indianapolis so rather than focus on a particular neighborhood, I would suggest concentrating on an asset class.
