I've been building for 30 + years and most all sub's bid by the S.F. or yard or some formula that works for them, so even if he does see the unit a vaulted ceiling to a painter is not a big deal, so a small floor plan and a fair description of the unit from your PM is all and sub should really need.

You basically get a house that's at finished drywall stage and then you just hire a trim carpenter, cabinet company, appliances package and a painter, just a thought.

It is a sort of evolution where you hire and fire until you find one that provides quality work at a reasonable price.The guy I hired and fired this week thought it best to simply paint over Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle stickers rather than remove them (this was one of the more humorous problems I had with this worker).I'm currently searching for: Tile Installer, Painter, Plumber and handyman for small repairs ...or a good contractor to handle the project.
