Are Estate managers considered motivated sellers.

Currently I have a motivated seller that needs to sell fast.

You won't hear me writing about the property we bought for $100K that is worth $205K from a motivated off-market seller.

Obviously you can not legally put them on the curb unfortunately but in most cases the threat should be enough to motivate them to find assistance to move.Begin immediately searching for a new tennat for the first of May. 

I am searching for properties that need work or are owned by motivated sellers that I can purchase below market value. 

I am motivated to get started as soon as I can and more than willing and able to put in whatever work needed, but am struggling with conceiving how I can start.

@Matthew Michels In order to find motivated sellers, you'll have to try out a few different methods to see what works.

Always try to think about the other person's motivation.

You pay each time somebody clicks on an ad, but with the right strategy many of the clicks will be motivated seller looking to work with you.

That might motivate them to fulfill a binding contract to sell to you.I can't imagine signing a purchase contract (esp if it was for a primary residence) in which the seller could simply cancel for a better offer.
