I’ve just listed a potential deal for someone looking to do a fix and flip in Kitchener Ontario.

I got a vacant apartment , and I recently found a handyman, that does work here and there.

I've just purchased my first house hack in Mississippi that I hope to rent out fully after a year.

I've just listened to so many podcasts that I think if you are struggling with this, it can't hurt to start meeting people in person who have gone before and come out successful.
