A few reasons:1) Accounting and bookkeeping (by the way... did you know that "bookkeeping" and "bookkeeper" are the only words in the English language with three sets of adjacent double letters?).

Involving in real estate has been always excited me but I had ZERO experience- abosutely Poor Communication skill - and speak broken English to start with.

I am not really following his example so I was hoping someone could explain it to me in English ;-)There are multiple items to navigate with all of this aside from this abstruse piece of the regulations, but clarity on this piece in isolation would be helpful if one of our tax wizards can help with a common sense example.

Do you speak the language fluently?

Some of our tenants are not literate in the English language, so those move-ins can take longer as we navigate language/cultural differences.

What website do you guys use to find virtual assistant cold callers? I haven't had great luck on UpWork. Outbounders has been better, but looking for somewhere else to try.Thanks

Check with your TX state banking authority as well as TREC.Knowing just a bit about San Antonio, I'd suppose that in that group of buyers, you're probably dealing with many under educated, less aware, non-financing persons who have difficulty with English or English as a second language, an ethnic group of Hispanics.
