@Joel Owens - we are actually compiling market statistics on 1031 related products.  

I would look at taking the abstract "not ready" complaint down to a more precise punch list compiled by you and the tenant. 

You seem determined so here is what I would do in your position, just some suggestions of things that have worked for me and might work for you too:1. sit down and compile a list of all your debt and all your assets. 2. make a list of the decisions and behavior patterns that caused you to be in debt. 

Casey with Sunstone is working to compile a list of parks with vacancy to get to TXMHA and FEMA so if you have availability get with him.  

The major brokerages have computers dedicated to them that you can not access that compile and digest information for them much faster than you can get information. 

I just compiled this list for my clients to help them with their flips and thought I would share with you.
