Best part about this is theres a additional workshop on the side thats already walled off with its own electric box and it has a separate entrance.

What really did it for me was the weekly meetings/ Daily conference calls/weekend work shops and direct mentor access.

I did do a shot weekend workshope to short money many years ago but otherwise have just gotten a lot of the books and the CashFlow game.

The 3 day workshop was 8 hrs a day and I paid $1799.97 to attend.

Our company Saxxon & Associates (comprised of 10-15 years successfully) landed here after a 3 day seminar/workshop of niche market house flipping, incorporating what is relevant in accessing hard money lenders.

Went to one of the guru seminars and did the three day workshop but didnt go further.
