I plan to to rent it for 3500 when the time comes (first floor with basement)We are currently looking for our next multi family but just need to figure out the best route forward for financing the purchase.Use our own money, tap into the equity here, refinance here out of our FHA to roll into another one at our new property, go the Fanny Mae route with the 5% down Multi Family home loan program.

There seems to be a misperception about my post, I only posted those two deals to show what we’ve been seeing (low purchase prices that we KNOW we can fix as WE are doing the work).

While inventory can be tight, well-priced properties that are updated or renovated continue to attract buyers quickly.

We are both physicians and relatively intelligent humanoids, but without knowing what you don't know, it seems a difficult task. 

He wasn't giving into the state and local governments mandate for employees to be forced to wear masks, get vaccines, etc and he started getting "threats" saying that he could be taken to court and have assets seized if he continues "breaking the emergency laws" during covid time.That could be viewed as an extreme example, but things like this worry me as I have my own company and employees.

., we have a 2700sqft 4/3 lake house.We charge $250 to the guests and pay $300 to our cleaner.Now we are out of town by about 36 miles so the cleaner has to drive an hour each way so she charges us more.
