I will say, not all log beds are created equal - the one that came with my cabin was unfinished with lots of cracks in the wood; however, nicer ones that have nice thick finishes and perhaps have been kiln-dried won't have the same multitude of cracks that serve as a refuge.

I always do things in an extreme way and "Keeping costs at a minimum and driving revenue" with Ohio Cashflow was great but definitely should have spent the $29 per month earlier hahaYessir, must have thick skin in this biz.

If your properties are class A or B I would recommend putting in the nice, thick, vinyl blinds, as the tenants those units attract will take care of nice things, anything below a B I wouldn't waste money on them.

So far, my dealings with BofA have gone like this - Faxed in my authorization letter, wait...wait...wait some more - finally, they see it in their system - When I call the loss mitigation department again, they can no longer see it, because im talking to a different department - Submitted short sale package, the stack of paperwork was nearly 1/2 thick and the resulting pdf file was nearly10MB on the lowest resolution!
