this is why Vegas when its all said and done.. we call that chicken guts and feathers Vegas for cash flow is very good market.. when Justin talks about 2 to 3% for property tax's Vegas would be less than 1% or maybe 1 % .. no hail no wind no soil issues.. its a great place to own rentals and have some of the lowest operating costs in the US.
