You have to be different - the chances of you finding a deal on Zillow that others haven't seen / run the numbers on is very slim.

There is a great demand for RV/Boat/Vehicle parking, but the numbers are slim.

It is slim, pickings out there with wonders, and he locks, specially for investment properties, and a short term rental as another kink.

It's a great market but tough on cash flow and slim on real "deal" opportunity IMO. 

Unfortunately we haven't really gotten any results, however we have slimmed down our geographic location to Texas, Ohio, Idaho, Florida, Goergia, NC and Missouri.

They both were hesitant because all of their top choices were quickly rented out and I was last / slim pickings due to my price and age of home. 

When something comes on that doesn't look like a 70's time capsule, it gets eaten up.
