Some of my guests do not care about some amenities and other things like spare coffee makers, new dishes, silverware, and other items I keep in my storage shed on property so a call to my caretaker/cleaner with a $25 service call charged to me and within an hour there is a new item at their door. 

NEVER dish out thousands of dollars of EMD on a sight unseen property. 

Your website is most likely the first impression you'll make to your potential clients and it is going to continue to be this way for many many years in the future.There is no reason you can't design it yourself, but dishing out a little bit of money for an amazing site that you could use for 10+ years, seems like a great investment to me.  

We have a satellite office in Denver Metro area where we have been doing most of our investing.

When I was a student, it was always assumed I'd pay for my own Internet bc it usually comes bundled with a cable/satellite package? 

Dirty dishes, laundry...Stuff everywhere!

So I did around July 9th and I am now up to #62 (yeah, I drive a lot and fold laundry...and dishes....).

Water got in and had to redo that whole wall instead of just fixing the soap dish part.  

@Jason HoudeWe provide a couple of furnished units for short term rental, but I have an acquaintance whose business is executive rentals.In most cases, you will be providing a fully furnished, "turn-key" rental unit (dishes, cookware, linens, etc), but will be receiving double (or more) the monthly rent rate you would for an unfurnished unit.  

It doesn't even show up on Google Satellite imagery, it's so small.
