If you don't know their clientele say hello no; 'cause you/re gonna need your product rain, sleet, hail, snow!

Real Estate is done very differently in Texas vs Austin.... hence my questions.What is the life expectancy for a roof given the hail/climate?

I recently did some "biking for dollars" over the weekend (it was actually a leisure bike ride that just turned into a home search)I found the easiest way was just to connect your iphone to your head piece and just use SIRI to make a note of addresses when you ride by. 

My recommendation would be to start by looking at properties near you, maybe go out for some walks or bike rides, or "driving for dollars" in your own neighborhood, looking for properties that look like they need work.

Just like riding a bike, I hope, once I learn the skill, you never forget.

So, RE is something you need to be familiar with yourself to invest in otherwise there are many who will take you for a ride, offering programs or systems. :)
